The Moorambilla Festival receives and greatly appreciates support, both financial and in-kind, from a wide range of individuals, community groups and government. The current key contributors are detailed below.
The Moorambilla Festival is supported by a local committee who ensure the smooth running of all aspects of the festival. They work extremely closely with the artistic director to make the vision of an innovative, inclusive regional festival a reality. These volunteers come from all areas of the community and bring a wealth of experience and positive energy to the festival and its key events.
The success of Moorambilla is in large part determined by the contribution of over 100 local volunteers who organise, supervise, provide catering and transport, support performances and promote the activities of the Festival and the choirs regionally.

Coonamble Council is pleased to announce a further three-year commitment to the Moorambilla Festival by financially supporting the Outback Arts in the capacity as local event coordination to help administer the festival, and is contributing towards the advertising and promotions budget for the festival for the next three years.
This will significantly benefit the growth of this regional festival, and the cultural health not only of the Coonamble shire, but also of the 12 surrounding local government areas involved in this festival.
The local organising committee and community at large sincerely thank the council for their support and would like to publicly acknowledge their commitment to the ongoing success of the Moorambilla Festival.
