Shipping Policy

Shipping costs are include in the prices displayed for goods on this website.  Goods are shipped using Australia Post regular mail service.

Orders for merchandise are despatched within 3 business days and shipping times estimated at between 5-10 days depending on your location within Australia. 

We do not generally ship goods outside Australia - please contact us on +61295609821 or voicesadmin@moorambilla.com for a special order.

Customer Service Policy

In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund. 

Refund Policy

We will refund your purchase if the goods are faulty or do not meet the description provided.  

Refunds of participant fees will be dependent on the timing of the request, usually not within 7 days of the camp commencing.

Moorambilla Voices Limited and Moorambilla Festival are dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secure. we do not pass on, sell or swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your registration as a participant, fulfil your orders, and to provide you with our newsletters where you have subscribed. 

Moorambilla Voices Limited uses cookies to allow you to login to your account, maintain a shopping cart and to purchase items in your shopping cart. Cookies sent to your computer from Moorambilla Voices only last while you’re browsing our website. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer. Cookies also allow us to give you a more personalised shopping experience by displaying products that interest you throughout our product pages, thus providing you with a more friendly, interesting and enjoyable shopping experience.
